ADSM Student’s Research Paper Published in an International Journal

Amal Alshamsi a student in the Master of Science in Quality and Business Excellence (MSQBE) program with the guidance of Dr. Muhammad Usman Tariq, Assistant Professor of Quality Management at ADSM, has successfully published her first research paper. The title of the paper is: “Improving Registration Process and Service Quality in Dental Care Department in a UAE Hospital using Lean Six Sigma Methodology”. The paper was published in the International Journal of Mechanical and Production Engineering Research and Development- IJMPERD, a Scopus indexed journal.
