Under the supervision of Dr. Muhammad Tariq, Assistant Professor of Quality Management, Fatima Alhosani published her research paper titled: “Improving Service Quality of Smart Banking Using Quality Management Methods in UAE”.
The paper was published in the International Journal of Mechanical and Production Engineering Research and Development- IJMPERD, a Scopus indexed journal.
