ADSM Faculty members Dr. Sunder Ramachandran and Dr. Turki Al Masaeid worked in collaboration with other faculty members from Middlesex University Dubai on a study on Compassionate Leadership. This study which was published in the Management Review Quarterly (a Scopus Q1 Ranked journal) provides a systematic review of 41 articles on the same theme over the past two decades. The study identifies six significant aspects of compassionate leadership, which could help leaders incorporate them into their organizational roles. Additionally, it proposes a comprehensive definition for compassionate leadership and suggests areas for further research while highlighting the implications for theory and practice.
