Machine Learning Models for Predicting Toxic Leadership: Study by Dr. Turki Al Masaeid

Machine Learning Models

ADSM’s Assistant Professor, Dr. Turki Al Masaeid, published an article on Exploring the Accuracy of Machine Learning Models in Predicting Toxic Leadership. The article was published in IEEE Xplore / 2024 2nd International Conference on Cyber Resilience (ICCR).

The study uses various machine learning models, such as Decision Trees, Random Forest, SVM, Neural Networks, Logistic Regression, and Ensemble Models, to predict toxic leadership in the Moroccan IT sector. The ensemble model performed the best in terms of precision, recall, f1-score, and accuracy. Key factors in toxic leadership include Undermining Behavior, Narcissistic Traits, Unfair Treatment, and Fear of Retribution. The research aims to understand toxic leadership prediction, using a diverse set of models and shows that ensemble models are the most effective.
