“Financial Freedom for All” Campaign Gains Momentum with Participation from 50+ Companies in Recent Milestone Event – Led by Century Financial, Abu Dhabi School of Management (ADSM) and United Nations PRME Chapter Middle East

Financial Freedom for All

Century Financial, in collaboration with the Abu Dhabi School of Management and United Nations PRME Middle East Chapter, continues to drive this campaign with a clear roadmap to empower blue-collar workers towards financial literacy and independence. The next step is formalizing these collaborations to establish sustainable, impactful initiatives across the UAE.

Century Financial’s flagship campaign, ‘Financial Freedom for All,’ continues to make significant strides, as it expands from Dubai to Abu Dhabi with overwhelming support from over 50 companies at yesterday’s event. The campaign, aimed at empowering blue-collar workers, also renamed ‘field staff,’ by equipping them with the tools and knowledge to achieve personal and financial independence, has successfully facilitated engagement with thousands of blue-collar workers and corporate leaders across the UAE.

Dr. Tayeb Kamali, Chairman of the Board, Abu Dhabi School of Management, emphasized the importance of the initiative, stating, “This campaign is timely and necessary, particularly given the importance of supporting blue collars workers with their long term financial security planning. ADSM is committed to taking the lead in organizing regular thought leadership sessions to foster dialogue, innovation, and action around financial empowerment. Our partnership with Century Financial is designed to deliver three main benefits to the working class: firstly, it will enhance financial literacy and independence among workers; secondly, it will strengthen social inclusion by creating a more equitable environment; and thirdly, it will contribute to overall economic resilience by empowering individuals to make informed financial decisions.”

In a statement, Sameera Fernandes, Chief Sustainability Officer and Board Member of Century Financial, said, “The ‘Financial Freedom for All’ campaign is about more than financial literacy—it’s about providing field staff with the tools they need to achieve their personal and professional aspirations. By creating partnerships across industries, academia, and government, we are building a sustainable ecosystem that supports growth and long-term impact.” She added, “The enthusiasm from companies across the UAE highlights the growing recognition of this critical issue, and we are confident that together, we can create lasting change.”

The latest event in Abu Dhabi marked an important milestone for the initiative, featuring quarterly thought leadership sessions, collaborative forums, and knowledge-sharing workshops across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The program will soon expand to Ras Al Khaimah, continuing its mission to uplift and educate labor communities across the UAE.

The event also witnessed the signing of the MOU between Century Financial and ADSM to ensure future engagement sessions and a solid pathway in ensuring the momentum picks up speed and the field workers are benefitted. Other important announcements included the introduction of the AI-powered chatbot to help educate their labor staff.

As part of the roadmap, upcoming engagement sessions will take place across four labor camps with 20,000 workers, facilitated by Fakruddin Properties. Samiuallah Khan, Chief Sustainability Officer of Fakruddin Holding, remarked on the power of collaboration at the event: “I saw firsthand the importance of uniting industry, academia, and government to drive this initiative forward. When everyone works together on a common platform, the recipe for success is clear.”

Looking ahead, the campaign is focused on setting up a steering group composed of key stakeholders, who will meet regularly for roundtable discussions to ensure continued progress. These meetings will be held monthly, with the objective of reviewing what has been executed and planning for the future. The model is based on the philosophy of Kaizen—continuous improvement through small, steady steps.

To further enhance engagement, the campaign will also introduce interactive skits at labor camps to communicate key messages. One of the standout collaborations in this initiative involves Panshul Sharma from Token Academy, who is building multilingual content that will be translated into 108 languages, providing invaluable educational resources for the workers.

The campaign has also garnered support and keen interest from major UAE companies, including Aldar, Farnek, Imdaad, Transguard, Emirates, Al Futtaim, and Chalhoub Group, who are expected to play an active role in upcoming initiatives.
