In a truly enlightening session organized for the “Challenges in Organizational Leadership” course, alumni Mr. Ahmed Khalsan and Mr. Abdulla Albreiki returned to their academic roots to share their real-world experiences and reflections with the current Spring 2024 cohort. Invited by Dr. Lakshmi, these accomplished professionals provided students with an invaluable glimpse into how they navigated workplace leadership challenges and applied course learnings to their careers.
The session unfolded with Mr. Ahmed Khalsan, an expert in Learning and Development, leading the class through an array of engaging learning techniques.
