In the Master of Science in Leadership and Organizational Development (MSLOD) program, the Conflict Management course is dedicated to developing effective strategies for resolving workplace conflicts. Recently, students had the opportunity to engage in a crucial activity under the guidance of Professor Deepanjana Varshney, MSLOD Program Director and course instructor.
This session featured a self-reported assessment designed to help students identify their predominant conflict-handling styles. Professor Varshney facilitated a comprehensive discussion on how these styles impact workplace interactions. By exploring the strengths and weaknesses associated with each style, the class aimed to enhance both individual performance and team dynamics.
The insights gained from this activity are intended to support students in managing conflicts more effectively, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
