The Abu Dhabi School of Management (ADSM) is proud to announce that Professor Naveed Yasin, Professor of Entrepreneurship and Management and Director of the Abu Dhabi Management Incubator (ADMI), was invited as an International Keynote Speaker at the Department of Teaching Innovation, University of Surrey (UK).

Professor Yasin’s presentation, titled “Exploring the Power Shift: RACES as a Blueprint for Decolonising Business and Entrepreneurship Education,” examined how educators across eight Arab countries are reimagining entrepreneurship education in ways that reflect local contexts while maintaining global relevance.

Through his RACES framework, Professor Yasin provided insights into how decolonisation can be practised rather than merely theorised, encouraging inclusive, contextually grounded, and socially meaningful entrepreneurship education.

His participation reflects ADSM’s global academic leadership and commitment to advancing innovative and culturally relevant models of management and entrepreneurship education.
