Dr. Deepanjana Varshney, faculty member of the MS in Leadership and Organizational Development (MSLOD) program, recently conducted an engaging in-class activity for students of the Conflict Management Course (BUS 8419). The exercise invited working students to reflect on real workplace conflicts they encountered over the past six months, exploring causes, stages of escalation, and resolution strategies. This practical approach allowed students to analyze complex interpersonal dynamics, develop conflict-resolution skills, and gain insights into managing workplace challenges effectively.
