Based on a survey of 176 female and 133 male employees, Dr. Durugbo’s research reveals that organizations promoting flexible work practices see enhanced engagement and innovation among their staff. The study further highlights gender-specific findings: while women experience greater career satisfaction through creative tasks, men find fulfillment in implementation work. These insights offer practical guidance for tailoring workplace incentives and talent management strategies to align with diverse employee needs.
