Dr. Turki Al Masaeid’s Innovative Study on Improving Employee Communication

Congratulations to ADSM’s Assistant Professor, Dr. Turki Al Masaeid, on his article publication titled “Maintaining Quality Time: A Creative Problem-Solving Strategy for Leaders to Improve Employee Communication”. This was published in IEEE Xplore / 2024 2nd International Conference on Cyber Resilience (ICCR). The study examines the effectiveness of using the Creative Problem-Solving Strategy of making quality time to improve communication with employees in the UAE-based Federal Authority of the oil and gas industry. It explores brainstorming techniques to address performance issues, evaluates potential solutions through a Delphi exercise, and links creative problem-solving with knowledge-based systems. The report highlights the value of an integrated system for continuous analysis and strategic implementation.
