The Abu Dhabi School of Management (ADSM) hosted an engaging workshop titled “Turning Ideas Into Business”, led by Dr. Constance Van Horne and Miss Shannaiah Inocencio. The session welcomed students from Al Mamoura British Academy and Al Manhaj Private School, aligning with the National Education Day announced by His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. This special day honors educators and highlights the critical role of education in shaping the nation’s future.
The workshop empowered students with entrepreneurial skills, guiding them through the process of launching a startup while integrating AI tools to support business development. Working in teams, students created innovative business products and services centered around the theme of education. They explored branding strategies, used AI-powered solutions, and showcased their ability to turn an idea into a viable business concept.
This interactive event demonstrated the students’ creativity, problem-solving skills, and potential as future entrepreneurs. Special thanks to Al Mamoura British Academy and Al Manhaj Private School for their participation, and a heartfelt appreciation to Malak Alwaara, BScM student and Al Manhaj Private School alumna, for her invaluable support during the event.
At ADSM, we remain committed to developing future business leaders through innovative, skill-based learning experiences. By equipping students with practical entrepreneurial knowledge and exposure to cutting-edge technologies, we ensure they are prepared to drive economic and social impact in the UAE and beyond.
