It is with great pleasure that we announce the recent publication of a new book chapter authored by ADSM’s Professor of Management, Dr Deepanjana Varshney. The chapter, titled “Corporate Universities in the Current Higher Education Context: Developing a Viable Post-COVID-19 Framework” is a significant contribution to the book, “Advancing Student Employability Through Higher Education”, published by IGI Global.
The chapter presents the implications and insights that can enable a comprehensive understanding of the Corporate University (CU) framework in higher education scenarios, especially post-pandemic or in the ‘new normal’. The chapter analyzes the challenges that CUs face. It proposes a viable model in the current context that can enhance student learning, employability, use of technology, and other factors that impact the future of work. Additionally, it highlights the relevant cases of CUs across the globe to present the implications and insights that can promote a comprehensive understanding of the CU in higher education scenarios, especially post-pandemic or in the ‘new normal’.
