ADSM’s Assistant Professor of Management, Dr. Hamzah Elrehail, published successfully a paper on the interplay among HRM practices, job satisfaction and intention to leave.
His study is available in The Journal of Legal, Ethical and Regulatory Issues where he investigates the impact of HRM practices (HRMPs) on employees’ intention to leave within the context of UAE’s educational sector.
