Congratulations to ADSM’s Faculty member, Dr. Hamzah Elrehail, on his article publication titled “Strategic stances and organizational performance: Are strategic performance measurement systems the missing link?”. This was published in the Asia-Pacific Journal of Business Administration. His study attempts to fill this gap in the literature by testing the mediating effect of the use of strategic performance measurement systems (SPMS) on the relationship between strategic stances (prospector, defender, and reactor) and organizational performance in the public sector.
