The Abu Dhabi School of Management in conjunction with the London School of Economics offered a summer study abroad course entitled Concepts in Contemporary International Business which was held from August 6th through August 11th on the campus of the London School of Economics, Lincoln’s Inn Fields, in the heart of London.
Twenty-four students from our MBA and MS programs participated in the program and they were accompanied by Dr. Wayne F. James, Assistant Professor of Management, who initiated the course at the Abu Dhabi campus. A number of distinguished faculty from LSE’s Custom Programmes, including Drs. Julius Sen, Christian Busch, Neil Lee, Yasar Jarrar, Emma Stone and Juan Jose Delgado, lectured on various international topics including the Impact of Brexit. The ADSM group were also welcomed to London by the United Arab Emirates Cultural Attaché in London, His Excellency Mr. Abdulla Al Kaabi during a special dinner arranged by Ms. Maitha Khalid, PA to the Cultural Attaché.
