In the spirit of the UAE year of sustainability and COP28, ADSM hosted an informative and insightful Fireside Chat on Making the Switch to Eco-Friendly.
The Fireside Chat was with Moon Fang who is the Founder/CEO of Free Markets which is the number one eco-friendly products company in China, located in Shantou, Guangdong Province, China.
Free-Markets has several customers in UAE including Talabat’s uniforms which are made from recycled PET bottles and accessories for Expo 2020. She explained that producing eco- friendly products was more than a business opportunity, she felt it was a personal and business responsibility to make our planet a better place to live. Her newest line uses coffee grounds that have been carbonized into nano-particles into fabric that is antibacterial and fast drying. Moon spoke of her admiration for the UAE and its commitment to sustainability on so many levels.
