Students from ADSM and the Russian Foreign Trade Academy (RFTA) participated in a joint online class on Management Styles. The class was led by Alexandra Shpak, Assistant Professor of the English Language at RFTA. During the class, students discussed various management styles that they have encountered in their workplaces and talked about the qualities of a Good Leader. The joint class was a great success. It provided students from both Institutions with a unique opportunity to network, learn from each other and gain valuable insights into the world of management. ADSM and RFTA look forward to continuing their collaboration and developing students’ communication in the future.
