Dr. Lakshmi, an Assistant Professor in Management at ADSM, incorporated immersive learning techniques, including storytelling, scenario analysis, and role play, to create an engaging environment that connected theoretical concepts with real-world challenges.

Students actively participated in hands-on activities and case-based organizational scenario studies, navigating complex leadership challenges faced by global leaders. By integrating emotional and cultural intelligence (EQ and CQ) awareness, critical thinking, and analytical skills, students deepened their understanding and enhanced their ability to reflect on the complexities of leadership.

Dr. Lakshmi’s immersive approach allowed students to experience leadership in action, bringing theoretical concepts to life in realistic, context-rich scenarios. The active participation and enthusiasm of the students highlighted the effectiveness of this teaching method, as they felt the activities simulated real-world practices, making learning tangible and relevant.

The course’s focus on experiential learning not only equipped students with essential skills for today’s dynamic leadership landscape but also fostered a deeper understanding of the intricacies involved in leading organizations. Dr. Lakshmi’s approach exemplifies ADSM’s commitment to innovative teaching that prepares students to face future leadership challenges with confidence.
