Abu Dhabi School of Management (ADSM) is proud to highlight the recent international engagement of Professor Naveed Yasin, Professor of Entrepreneurship and Management and Director of the Abu Dhabi Management Incubator, who delivered a Senior Executive Leadership Programme in collaboration with the Saudi Water Academy in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The programme brought together senior leaders from across Saudi Arabia’s water sector to explore strategic leadership, digital transformation, and AI-enabled decision-making in the context of national development and industry transformation. Through interactive sessions, participants examined how contemporary management practices can be effectively applied to address the operational and technological priorities shaping the future of the water sector.

This executive engagement reflects alignment with the professional standards of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). Professor Yasin holds the distinction of being the first CMI Companion in the United Arab Emirates, a recognition awarded for sustained leadership impact and outstanding contributions to management practice. He also serves on the CMI Advisory Board for the Middle East, where he supports the advancement of professional leadership capabilities across the region.

Through such regional and international partnerships, ADSM continues to strengthen its commitment to executive education, leadership development, and sector-focused capacity building.
