The participants successfully completed ADSM’s International Business Immersion Experience in Manneheim Germany, from July 17 to 21, 2023. The activity was organized by ADSM and DHBW (Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University).
Participants have visited several world class organizations such as BASF, Roche, John Deer, Mercedes, and Heidelberger. They also learned about the regional culture through visiting of castles, gardens, restaurants, transport systems, local shops, and interacting with DHBW students. Participants were able to contrast the business practices between the UAE and Germany.
ADSM is organizing three similar experiences in 2024 to China, St-Petersburg and Paris.
