Congratulations to ADSM’s faculty member, Dr. Hamzah Elrehail, on his article publication titled “MCS Package and Entrepreneurial Competency Influence on Business Performance: the Moderating Role of Business Strategy”. This was published in the European Journal of Management and Business Economics. The paper draws on resource-based theory (RBV) to examine the impact of the management control system (MCS) package on business performance through the mediating role of entrepreneurial competencies and the interaction role of business strategy in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
