July 8, 2018: As part of their Master of Science in Quality and Business Excellence program, ADSM students visited Ferrari World on Yas Island, to discuss the way in which the Ferrari World management model works for business excellence and customer service. Victoria Lynn, the Deputy General Manager of Ferrari World, discussed the customer service approach with the students, and showed how Ferrari World provides for a world-class customer experience at the theme park. The ADSM students had a lively question and answer session with Ferrari World staff, and were also treated to some adrenalin rides in the park after the seminar, where they could also see the customer service approach in action.
