The Abu Dhabi School of Management (ADSM) proudly congratulates Ms. Hayat Mansouri Al Hammadi, a student in the Master of Science in Leadership and Organizational Development program, on receiving the prestigious Emirates Women Award in the Employee Category during the 21st edition of the award.
The award was presented by His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum in recognition of Ms. Al Hammadi’s distinguished professional achievements, leadership contributions, and commitment to excellence.
Ms. Al Hammadi currently serves as Acting Director of Strategy and Risk at Sharjah Maritime Academy, where she contributes to advancing institutional performance, strategic planning, governance, and risk management. Her career reflects a strong dedication to organizational excellence and sustainable development.
Alongside her professional responsibilities, she is a Certified Excellence Assessor and has earned several qualifications in excellence and innovation, including a Diploma in Innovation from Imperial College London. She is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Leadership and Organizational Development at ADSM, further strengthening her commitment to lifelong learning and leadership development.
Beyond her professional achievements, Ms. Al Hammadi is actively engaged in social and cultural initiatives and has been recognized with the Emirates Social Excellence Award in the Youth Category for her contributions to community development. She is also a children’s literature author with a collection of stories aimed at promoting values and creativity among young readers.
In collaboration with a publishing house in the UAE, she contributed to the production of a series of cultural and educational digital episodes that reached audiences of more than half a million views across social media platforms, reflecting her passion for knowledge dissemination and cultural enrichment.
Commenting on her achievement, Ms. Al Hammadi expressed her pride in representing both her organization and her academic journey through this recognition. She emphasized that leadership is a continuous journey of learning, service, and creating positive impact, and that achievements gain their true value when they inspire others and contribute to society.
