ADSM Hosts Students from Sultan Qaboos University in Oman

ADSM hosted a group of students from College of Economics and Political Science at Sultan Qaboos University, Oman. This visit is part of their internship Abroad Program at Abu Dhabi Chamber.

Founded in 1986 under the royal directives of Sultan Qaboos Bin Said, Sultan Qaboos University is one of the top public universities in Muscat, Oman and currently has nine different colleges. The students majoring in Management, Finance and Accounting visited ADSM to learn about the Institution and it’s Academic Programs.

ADSM President, Provost and Professor of Computing & Innovation, Dr. Abdullah El-Kwafi Abonamah welcomed students and talked about ADSM’s Vision, Mission and Strategic Goals. Director of Student Affairs, Mrs. Alia Tamer and Director of Academic Programs & Associate Professor of Information Systems, Dr. Ahmad Jaffar gave an overview about ADSM, Master Degrees offered, research activities, partnerships and achievements.

Student Council members Fatema Alblooshi and Ibrahim Al Baloushi talked to students about the important role of Student Council at ADSM and their responsibilities. The visit ended with a campus tour for students to discover ADSM’s Academic Services and Facilities.
