Abu Dhabi School of Management (ADSM) is pleased to highlight the publication of a new research article authored by Dr. Divya, Assistant Professor of Management, and co-authored by Dr. Valérie, Academic Dean and Professor of Management, published by Emerald Publishing.

Titled “Linking Inclusive Leadership to Team Cohesion: The Mediating Roles of Employee Uniqueness and Diversity Climate in the UAE’s Multicultural Workforce,” the study examines the role of inclusive leadership in strengthening team cohesion within the UAE’s diverse and multicultural workforce.

The findings highlight the positive role of inclusive leadership in supporting employees’ sense of uniqueness, fostering a positive diversity climate, and strengthening team cohesion. The research also identifies employee uniqueness and diversity climate as important factors connecting inclusive leadership with more cohesive teams.

Beyond its academic contribution, the study offers practical insights for organizations operating in multicultural environments.
