ADSM Faculty members Dr. Marc Poulin and Dr. Hamzah Elrehail worked in collaboration with other faculty members from two of the world’s top 500 universities (Shenzhen University in China and the University of Sharjah in the United Arab Emirates) on a publication about Green Managerial Practices and Organizational Green Performance. This was published in The International Journal of Innovation Studies.
Their study aimed to examine the influence of green supply chain management practices and green culture on green performance in the manufacturing sector through the mediating roles of proactive environmental strategy and green product innovation.
