During the China-Arab Entrepreneurs Summit, a special forum of Investopia 2025, the Abu Dhabi School of Management (ADSM), ADGM Academy (ADGMA), and the Sino-International Entrepreneurs Federation (SIEF) signed a Strategic Partnership Agreement to establish a Joint Center for International Talent Readiness.
The agreement was signed by Dr. Marc Poulin, President of ADSM; Ali Al Mehairi, Senior Director of ADGM Academy and Research Center; and William Wang, Chief Representative for the Middle East and Africa at SIEF. The signing was witnessed by Dr. Tayeb A. Kamali, Chairman of ADSM; Hamad Sayah Al Mazrouei, Chairman of ADGM Academy; and Jean-Pierre Raffarin, Co-Chairman of SIEF.
This new center will focus on talent development, career mentorship, and workforce research, equipping professionals with future-ready skills and strengthening global industry connections. The initiative aligns with the UAE’s vision of a knowledge-driven economy, reinforcing its position as a hub for education, innovation, and leadership in international talent readiness.
