Polara delivered actionable engineering guidance, charging infrastructure planning, software strategy, construction support, and implementation recommendations.¹ GVC also worked closely with Con Edison, NYSERDA, equipment providers, engineering advisors, and installation partners.¹ The arrangement distributed the specialist work required to make a complex commitment executable.

The physical design reflected that broader approach. Nearly 1 MW of capacity and 46 charging ports were planned for 45 electric school buses.¹ Smart charging and energy management were included, while potential vehicle-to-grid capabilities kept future operating options open.¹ The solution was therefore both a delivery model and a technical architecture.
