A Bachelors Degree from a recognized institution with the following CGPA:

Direct entry CGPA 3.00 (or equivalent under other systems)
Conditional Entry CGPA 2.5 -2.99 (or equivalent under other systems)

If you have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education with a minimum GPA of 2.3 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent), plus minimum of 2 years relevant work experience, you may qualify as a mature entry student.

If accepted on conditional or mature entry you will need to maintain a ‘B’ average in the first three (3) courses.

The Admissions Committee assesses all applications.

The MBA costs AED 135,000 for the whole program, and includes all materials including textbooks.

There are a range of payment options available:

  • Pay in full
  • AED 33,750 x 1; followed by AED 9,200 for 10 months and final payment of AED 9,250
  • Monthly AED 11,250 x 12
  • AED 35,000 x 1; followed by AED 10,000 x 10

Students can make payment with the following:

  • Cash
  • Credit or Debit card

Cheque/post-dated cheques. A processing fee is charged for post-dated cheques.

No. Under Ministry regulations a full Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent from an accredited institution is required.

Classes start in September or February, although places are limited, so an early application is advisable.

Most students usually only take between 14 -15 months to complete the MBA. This includes approximately 3 courses offered during the Summer semester.

We can arrange a Pearson Test for students through the UAE Academy. (Current cost is 980 Dirhams or if you book late, you will be charged AED1225).

The UAE Academy also offers English preparation courses. It is always advisable to prepare for an English language test and the Academy can help you with this.

NB The English language proficiency requirements can be waived under certain circumstances. If you meet either of the following criteria, you may qualify for this waiver:

  1. A) If you are a native English speaker and completed your undergraduate education in the English language at an institution in a country where English is the official language.

B). If you have graduated from an institution where English is the language of instruction and you are able to provide evidence of having acquired a TOEFL score of 500 (or its equivalent in another standardised test, approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research) at the time of your admission to that undergraduate program.

Yes you can apply now. To secure a place and register for a Pearson PTE Language test, we can organize this for you here at ADSM, or you can organize your own equivalent test such as IELTS or TOEFL.

You will need to reach the required score by the end of your first 3 courses.

Courses are delivered face-to-face in a classroom setting where interaction between the instructor and students take place.

Instructors use real case studies in their teaching in order for the learning experience to be relevant to current day practices.

Students will participate in class presentations, exchange ideas and experiences and be able to develop their knowledge and put this into practice immediately.

The total is 46 credit hours.

The MBA is jointly delivered by our internationally qualified faculty and in partnership with Imperial College London Business School, whose Professors fly in to teach, to ensure a global outlook.

Imperial College London is one of the top ten Universities worldwide. (LINK) Its Business School is triple-accredited (EQUIS, AMBA and AACSB) and in the top 1 % of business schools worldwide.

The MBA features a unique ‘Signature Learning Experience’ (LINK) throughout the program so students can apply their entrepreneurial skills from the start of the program.

Yes we have some scholarships (LINK) available. These are Academic scholarships to reward top quality students. Once registered, students can apply for these.   These are assessed on a case by case basis.

EMPLOYERS: You may also be able to receive support from your employer. We’d be happy to speak to them or provide details of the program to them.

We offer some financial aid to students. This is based on income and are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Speak with the Admissions and Recruitment staff to find out more details.

The MBA Program is aimed at ambitious managers/senior managers and those with an interest in innovation and entrepreneurship and who have a global outlook. The MBA attracts quality applicants and is open to everyone with the necessary academic and language requirements.

Students come from a range of backgrounds and organizations from small start-ups to large multinational corporations including the government sector. For example our student body have worked at organizations such as: NBAD, ADAC, Borouge, Ministry of Economy, Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority, GSEC, Department of Finance and SEHA.

Classes take place on campus at ADSM, just off Salaam Street in Abu Dhabi. We have state of the art classrooms, meeting rooms, an auditorium, computer labs and library. We are located almost opposite to the Anantara Hotel complex. (MAP LINK)

Yes, ADSM and the MBA program are both fully accredited by the MOHESR and the CAA. This means that the program is recognized throughout the country and internationally. Programs are delivered in conjunction with Imperial College Business School, one of the world’s leading business schools. (LINK). ADSM is backed by the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, so we have strong government and industry links.

The MBA is unique in the UAE in that it focuses on entrepreneurship and innovation. It includes the unique Signature Learning Experience (SLE) developed in conjunction with Imperial College Business School, which runs throughout the whole program.

We have students who have already started their own companies or are planning to do so, as well as those who work in government and private sectors who want to become entrepreneurial managers and leaders.

Yes, you can apply now for the next intake as places are filling up.

If successful, you will receive a conditional offer based on meeting the necessary English and Academic results. Then once you complete your Bachelor’s degree, you will receive a full acceptance and can get started.

Timings allow for students to continue working full time.

Classes are usually held over 1 intensive weekend every month (Thursday 4-8 PM, Friday and Saturday 9AM -8PM- lunch provided). There is also one ‘break out session’ which is held between 4-8 PM the Wednesday following the weekend sessions.

Our local faculty (LINK) all have international experience and qualifications. They include American, Canadian and British Nationals and Arabic speakers.

Visiting Academic Staff from Imperial College London Business School fly in to jointly deliver the program. Imperial staff are some of the leading academics in the world on business and entrepreneurship.

You may be able to receive a limited amount of credit from previous study completed. To be considered for credit, completed courses must be relevant and at postgraduate level from a recognized institution. You will need to provide your academic transcript and course description/s which will then be assessed by a faculty member. Each application for transfer of credits will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
The degree testamur is awarded by the Abu Dhabi School of Management as our program is accredited by the UAE Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MoHESR). You have the benefit of both local and international experience and teaching throughout the program as we have experts based in Abu Dhabi and we also bring London to you!
