Abu Dhabi School of Management (ADSM) invited prospective graduate students to attend its Open Day event for the MBA Program offered in association with Imperial College of London Business School (ICBS).

Professor Abdullah Abonamah, President and Provost of ADSM, introduced the innovative MBA program and described the unique learning model as well as the invaluable experience offered at ADSM. The MBA program offers a series of weekend classes focused on a pedagogy based on an action learning approach that balances theory with practice giving students the opportunity to integrate the knowledge gained in the classroom and apply it to entrepreneurial decision making.

Students enrolled in this program will also be introduced to an entrepreneurial journey known as the Signature Learning Experience (SLE), which is an experiential course that runs throughout the entire MBA program. The course allows students the opportunity to create, design and implement a project from the idea creation stage to potential funding. The SLE emphasizes the importance of strong communication skills, an ethical and societal approach to decision making all within the context of a global economic environment.

During the event, our alumni were invited to share insights into their MBA experiences and described the impact the program had on their personal and professional lives. The event ended with an informal networking session that offered guests further opportunities to get to know and to ask questions to ADSM’s faculty, staff and alumni.
